My educational background originated in IT, where I obtained Master’s Degrees in Computer Science and Civil Engineering. Upon graduation, I joined IBM, a Fortune 100 company where I oversaw numerous multimillion-dollar projects and conducted specific programs for its clients. Because of my professional experience and background, I was selected by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) to serve for several years as Vice-Chair of its Pittsburgh Chapter.
